The only thing was finding the Serial number to register it, as it does not start the serial number on the box or any instructions on the inside of the packaging. Ps if I misspelled anything it's iPhones auto correct.The functions are pretty straight forward and the clarity of the Screen is on point. Cobb do something cus I've been a loyal customer and I hate to give negative feedback for something like this. I wish they would have responded back to my emails.
I hate to bash on Cobb because it's my favorite mod, but things like this make me want to switch to ecutek. I paid for a new Cobb AP and I get a used one that doesn't even match my vehicles specs. I emailed them to try to resolve this issue and I got no response. This AP had high elevation maps for "Cobbs race car" I feel ripped off my them because I have a used Cobb of some sort when I paid full price for a new one. I un marry and then re marry to install the SD tune and then it only recognize my car to be an 2011 COBB RACECAR. I have jack at HP Logic perform a base map so my car is drive able. It ended up being that this Cobb had a different serial number internally. It was a mission trying to figure this out (months). Came with a box and serial number that matched the sticker on the AP. First of all I received to what looks like to be a used AP.
